We welcome you back to the farm for a delightful evening of fellowship and supporting Green Meadow Farm’s ministry to children and families!
This year, we are excited to offer Peter’s BBQ as a dinner option available for purchase in advance! All meal orders must be placed before Saturday, June 22nd.
Opportunities to Support the Ongoing Ministry of GMF throughout the evening:
- Silent Auction open for bidding 5pm – 6pm and 6:30pm – 7:30pm
- Goal of the night: ALL 6 horses be fully sponsored by commitment or donation. Go to Horse Sponsorship Table to help this become a reality!

Schedule of Events:
- 5pm – 6m Dinner Hour – Pick up and pay for pre-ordered BBQ – Oregon Dairy Ice Cream and Lemonade available free of charge throughout the night!
- 5:30pm – 6pm Round One of Corn Hole Tournament
- 6pm – 6:30 Parade of Breeds
- 6:30pm – 7pm Meet and Greet with a Horse, Round 2 of Corn Hole Tournament!
- 7pm – 7:30pm Final Bids, Finals of Corn Hole Tournament, Hay Rides, Walk the farm and enjoy!
- 7:30 – 8pm Pay and Pack up your treasures, Corn Hole winners announced with prizes given and good byes all around!
